Fees are charged for language courses for non-students of KIT (students of other Karlsruhe universities and employees). The fee must be paid within 4 days of registration by bank transfer. Please submit proof of fee reduction before the trnsfer.

The following fees apply:

For recipients of BAföG benefits and others, cf. amended § 3 of the Statutes. Regarding current fee amounts: Amending Statutes.

• All supporting documents that may lead to a fee reduction must, as a rule, be submitted before transferring the course fee. Retroactive refunds are not possible.

• Those who have not yet received a current notice from the BAföG office by the booking date should obtain a provisional certificate from them, which must be submitted when booking the course.

• Upload your current confirmation to the portal during registration.

• The reduction amounts to 50%.
