Fees are charged for language courses for non-students of KIT (students of other Karlsruhe universities and employees).
The fee must be paid within 4 days of registration by bank transfer from your current account.
Please submit proof of fee reduction before the transfer.

The following fees apply:

For recipients of BAföG benefits and others, see amended § 3 of the statutes. For the current fee amount: Amended statutes.

• All evidence that may lead to a reduction in the fee must be submitted before the course fee is transferred. Subsequent refunds are not possible.

• Those who have not yet received a current notification from the BAföG office by the booking date should have a provisional certificate issued by the BAföG office, which must be submitted when booking the course.

• Submit a copy of the current certificate as soon as you have received it:
